Nissan Murano

In March 2017, Nissan announced the recall of more than 56,000 2013-2014 Murano vehicles due to leaking power steering hoses that could lead to fires. The automaker attributed the problem to inadequately secured power steering hose clamps that could allow the hoses to detach and leak power steering fluid. If the fluid leaks onto a hot engine or exhaust pipes, that could lead to a fire. Nissan said dealers would install a new power steering high pressure hose kit.
