Please tell us a little about your vehicle.

Jeep is an iconic American brand within the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) Group. Originally designed and manufactured as a military vehicle during World War II, Jeep has maintained its original image of a rugged, off-roading vehicle and only produces SUVs, including crossovers and a pickup truck.

Jeep vehicles are surprisingly popular and inspire strong brand loyalty. It is one of the most successful divisions of FCA and sold over 900,000 units in the US in 2019. It even spawns annual Jeep festivals and jamborees. However, Jeep vehicles do not rate highly for quality or reliability. Jeep is repeatedly amongst the worst in Overall Scores by Consumer Reports based on road tests, reliability, owner satisfaction, and safety. The ever popular Wrangler was ranked by Consumer Reports as one of the most unreliable cars of 2020. Jeep somehow pulls off a magic trick of maintaining high sales despite terrible ratings but popularity will not be enough to keep a defective Jeep on the road.

We receive numerous requests for help from Jeep owners with problem vehicles. Contact our experienced team if you are having problems with your Jeep. We can help you get the results that you are entitled to by law.

It typically happens after the car has driven over some sort of bump or other road imperfection at relatively high speed (more than 45 miles per hour) but it can start in other circumstances too.
