Corrie handles the Firm’s Western Pennsylvania lemon law claims and other vehicle-related cases as Of Counsel in the Pittsburgh office.
He pursued a career as an attorney because he believes deeply in justice for all, and prides himself on bringing a level of advocacy, diligence, and skill normally reserved for multi-million-dollar lawsuits to every case—regardless of the fee or subject matter.
Prior to joining the Firm, Corrie served in a variety of public sector positions fighting for the rights of ordinary people and consumers, including:
- Judicial Staff Attorney, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania
- Judicial Staff Attorney, First Judicial Circuit of West Virginia
- Allegheny County Office of the Public Defender
- PA consumer protection and civil rights law enforcement agencies
Everyone at the firm provided excellent service. Tim and his staff always responded promptly, explained things well, and negotiated a satisfactory resolution very quickly. They are clearly very experienced in this area of the law, and they also know the automobile manufacturers very well.
Very professional, couldn’t ask for more.
Tim did a great job resolving my Lemon Law claim on a $100K+ vehicle. Prior to contacting Tim, I attempted (unsuccessfully) to resolve my Lemon Law claim directly with the manufacturer. Despite my vehicle having been at a dealer on numerous (4+) occasions for the same defect, and out of service for 40+ days, the manufacturer was generally unresponsive, giving me various excuses, requests for additional Time to investigate issues with my vehicle, etc. Accordingly, I contacted Tim.
Tim is very responsive to emails/phone calls, and has excellent insight in how best to deal with vehicle manufacturers. He resolved my Lemon Law claim very quickly. I strongly encourage any consumer having a Lemon Law issue with their vehicle to contact Tim.
Handled a high-dollar complex case efficiently with good, fast outcome and good communication.
