“Behind every file, there is a human being. An attorney should never lose sight of that.”

A native of Scranton, Pennsylvania, Bill graduated in 1998 from Mount St. Mary’s College, Emmitsburg, Maryland, with a BS in Psychology. From there, he attended Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, graduating in 2003. During law school, Bill was active in both the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society and the Moot Court Honor Society, serving as President of Moot Court during his Third Year. Bill participated in multiple inter-and-intra-scholastic competitions, placing in the Quarter-Finals or above wherever he competed.

Bill is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Bill is an experienced and skilled litigator, with extensive experience both in Court and in negotiations with opposing counsel. Bill believes that the first and most important step of any legal representation is listening carefully to the client, and he endeavors to leave clients feeling more confident and more at ease after a consultation with them than perhaps they were beforehand.

Bill currently resides in beautiful Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, with his wife and three children. He enjoys chess, weight training and martial arts, where he is presently studying in the discipline of Tang Soo Do.
